Job Responsibilities


* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed


* Monitor and document resident conditions; report changes promptly


* Assist with daily care routines and respond to resident needs


* Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations


* Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members


* Respond to emergencies with sound judgment and appropriate interventions

Qualifications


* Active LPN license in the State of Kentucky


* Strong clinical and assessment skills


* Ability to work independently and collaboratively


* Excellent communication and organizational abilities
