Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 (DOE)

Napa Post Acute is seeking a dedicated and motivated Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:


* Assist the Director of Nursing with daily clinical operations and oversight


* Support regulatory compliance (CDPH, CMS) and survey readiness


* Provide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to nursing staff


* Ensure high standards of resident care, safety, and clinical excellence


* Participate in staff training, performance management, and quality improvement initiatives


* Step in for the DON as needed

Qualifications:


* LVN or RN license required (California)


* Prior experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care strongly preferred


* Leadership or supervisory nursing experience required (ADON, Unit Manager, or similar)


* Strong clinical knowledge, organizational skills, and attention to detail


* Positive attitude with the ability to motivate and support staff
