Job Description:

Job Family Definition:

Students pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science & Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or other related engineering discipline.

Assists in various tasks aligned with their field of study, including research, collaboration on team initiatives and projects, problem-solving, and creative thinking to gain hands-on experience and develop professional skills.

Includes internships, research roles, visiting scholar positions, or other program-related opportunities.

The Cloud Developer builds from the ground up to meet the needs of mission-critical applications, and is always looking for innovative approaches to deliver end-to-end technical solutions to solve customer problems.

Brings technical thinking to break down complex data and to engineer new ideas and methods for solving, prototyping, designing, and implementing cloud-based solutions.

Collaborates with project managers and development partners to ensure effective and efficient delivery, deployment, operation, monitoring, and support of Cloud engagements.

The Cloud Developer provides business value expertise to drive the development of innovative service offerings that enrich HPE's Cloud Services portfolio across multiple systems, platforms, and applications.

Responsibilities:


* Develop internal engineering tools that visualize complex data workflows, helping the team map out how information moves through the system.


* Build and maintain scripts to improve system debuggability by automating the collection of diagnostic data.


* Create visual guides (using graphing libraries) that represent system architecture and data lineage for easier troubleshooting.


* Collaborate with senior engineers to identify requirements for new tools and participate in regular status updates.


* Prototype simple front-end interfaces to make internal tools more accessible and user-friendly for the broader engineering team.


* Document tool functionality and provide "how-to" guides to assist other engineers in using your developed solutions.
