Qualifications


* Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in business required
+ A degree in one of the following majors preferred:
o Human Resources
o Business


* Ability to work year-round highly preferred


* Prior interaction with Altec team at a recruitment event highly preferred

Potential Responsibilities


* Assist recruiting team with general office duties.


* Lead HR process and document organization initiatives.


* Become familiar with HR applications such as Peoplesoft, Papervision, etc.


* Any other special projects or duties as assigned.
