Salary: $70,000-80,000
Location: NYC - 3 days per week onsite, 2 days remote

TileBar is seeking a detail-oriented and creative individual to join our team as a Retail Display Project Manager.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in the implementation, maintenance and design of our showroom displays, ensuring an engaging and visually appealing experience for our customers.

This position offers a mix of on-site work at our NYC showroom and some remote opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate proficiency in excel for showroom board inventory management
• Maintain accurate log of display location, product, and status for all existing and upcoming showrooms through our as-built documents
• Monitor showroom requests and handoff to board production
• Manage the BoM SKU workflow process from product creation to board delivery
• Utilize AutoCAD for accurate grouted board layouts
• Implement and enforce showroom design standards
• Ensure displays in pristine condition by conducting monthly audits
• Participate and lead in bi-weekly showroom meetings
• Signage and label creation, maintenance and installation
• Create directives for in-store and trade show displays
• Use Salespad to create and populate BoM SKUs, enter ITTs and place orders for all needed materials, boards and display elements

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating visually appealing displays.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD for designing and planning showroom layouts.
• Advanced skills in Excel for inventory management.
• Genuine interest in showroom design and a creative mindset.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively amongst multiple teams
• Ability to adapt to evolving design trends and translate them into showroom displays.
• Experience in retail or showroom environments is a plus.
• Knowledge of 3D rendering software is advantageous.
