What you will do

The Associate Brand Manager, Aveeno Baby Global on Aveeno Baby® is a global role responsible for driving brand communications and innovation across the Baby and Kids portfolio.

The role partners closely with priority markets to deliver consistent brand building and innovation.
 

What You Will Do



* Execute against Aveeno Baby® global brand foundation by supporting communications and activation across Baby & Kids, including development of global assets and toolkits for priority markets.


* Support global growth and equity workstreams by preparing analyses, synthesizing consumer and category insights, and consolidating market feedback to inform brand and communications decisions.


* Own execution of assigned innovation (NPI) workstreams, partnering cross-functionally to manage timelines, gate readiness, and launch deliverables from concept through commercialization.


* Manage day-to-day operating plan execution, including budget tracking and PO management.


* Coordinate with cross-functional and agency partners by managing meetings, materials, timelines, and action tracking to ensure efficient, high-quality execution.
 

What We Are Looking For



* A minimum of a university degree is required; preferably in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

MBA an asset.


* 2–4+ years of brand management or marketing experience, preferably within CPG, skincare, or baby care.


* Experience supporting innovation, commercialization, or activation projects in a cross-functional environment.


* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines.


* Analytical and detail-oriented, with comfort working with budgets, forecasts, and performance data.


* Strong written and verbal communication skills
