MFG - HR Coordinator

The North America team is currently looking for an HR Coordinator to join our Assumption, IL facility.

Position Overview

The HR Coordinator supports daily HR operations, ensuring smooth communication across departments and assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and compliance.

This role is essential in maintaining employee satisfaction and organizational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities



* Support recruitment activities, including posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and coordinating communications & logistics



* Assist with onboarding, p repare new hire paperwork and conduct orientation sessions



* Maintain employee records and process transactions into HR systems



* Process documentation such as benefits, and payroll changes



* Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies



* Serve as a point of contact for employee questions and concerns

Skills and Qualifications



* Strong communication and interpersonal skills



* Ability to maintain confidentiality



* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities



* Knowledge of HR software and systems



* Understanding of labor laws and HR best practices



* Problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Experience Requirements



* High school diploma or equivalent; associates degree preferred



* 1-3 years of HR or administrative experience



* Prior exposure to recruitment and employee relations preferred

Salary Range

Average annua l salary: $45,000-$55,000 ,

Work Environment



* You will be working onsite, role is based in Assumption , IL



* Primarily office-based within a manufacturing facility



* Regular interaction with plant employees and leadership



* Occasional production floor presence with required PPE
