Pay: $36-$40/hr

Sonoma Post Acute is looking for a compassionate and motivated Part-Time Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our dedicated team!

What You'll Do:


* Provide direct nursing care in a skilled nursing/post-acute setting


* Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately


* Monitor residents' conditions and report changes promptly


* Collaborate with physicians, RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary team members


* Support residents and families with compassion and professionalism


* Maintain timely and accurate documentation

What We're Looking For:


* Active California LVN license


* Skilled nursing experience preferred (new grads with strong clinical skills welcome to apply)


* Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment


* Strong communication and teamwork skills
