Shift: AM Shift
Schedule: 4 On / 2 Off

Key Responsibilities


* Provide skilled nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and facility policies


* Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately


* Monitor and document resident conditions, communicating changes promptly


* Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, therapists, and other team members


* Support residents and families with empathy, respect, and professionalism


* Maintain compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations

Qualifications


* Current California LVN license in good standing


* Current CPR certification


* Strong clinical assessment and communication skills


* Ability to work independently and as part of a team


* Previous skilled nursing or long‑term care experience preferred, but not required
