What you'll do
* Lead the team of Services Sales Representatives & act as a people manager according to our values & leadership code
* Drive sales excellence across account management and pipeline management
* Build the growth strategic plan, including both vision and sales execution roadmap for Services in Sweden
* Convert services leads from the Installed base into business opportunities
* Drive transformation towards a digital, consultative business approach.
* Collaborate closely with other sales, tendering, business support and operations teams in Sweden and the Nordic Zone
* Articulate the consistency of all Service offers all along the life cycles stages, positioning as a top priority our recurring revenue through service contracts
* Contribute to Country Plan for Global Accounts and Targeted Accounts
* Manage Service offer pricing based on margin expectations.
Essential for the Role
* Commercial mindset with strong drive and interest in technology; able to learn new technologies quickly at a general level
* Prior success in achieving sales targets and developing long-term customer partnerships
* Solid experience from Energy or IT industry, especially in customer-facing roles and within sales
* Ability to build lasting customer relationships at all levels (partners, end users, C-level)
* Basic technical understanding from segments such as Cloud & Service Provider, Power & Grid as well as overall knowledge of software, digital transformation, and solution services.
