Brookdale is looking for a Regional Maintenance Technician.
The candidate must have previous senior living maintenance experience along with multi site experience.
The Regional Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining and supporting multiple Brookdale communities across Southwest Florida, including property and asset management.
This r ole requires broad maintenance skills, experience with multiple senior living sites and the TELS system, participation in fire marshal inspections, and frequent regional travel, often on short notice during hurricane season.

Base pay in range will be determined by applicant's skills and experience.
Role is also eligible for team based bonus opportunities.
