Services Planner
As a Services Planner, you will contribute directly to delivering high-quality services to our customers and ensuring operational excellence across our Service business.
Your role will be essential in driving smooth coordination, accurate order handling and an efficient end-to-end service process.
You will work closely with Sales, Tendering, Logistics and our Services teams, helping ensure that customers receive the best experience - every time.
What will you do
* Ensure accurate and timely management of service orders in CRM/ERP systems.
* Coordinate daily with internal teams to secure a seamless information flow and proper scheduling.
* Support the planning of service interventions and ensure documentation is complete and up to date.
* Communicate proactively with customers to confirm scheduling details and follow up on ongoing activities.
* Monitor the progress of service operations and ensure compliance with internal standards and processes.
* Identify risks, delays or process gaps and escalate where needed.
* Maintain high-quality data in CRM/ERP and prepare reports for internal stakeholders.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Our next colleague will bring:
* A university degree; a technical background (electrical/power/electronics/automatic control/robotics) is an advantage.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships.
* Excellent organizational skills and a strong eye for detail.
* Native Romanian language skills (spoken and written).
* Good level of English.
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel; experience with CRM/ERP tools is a plus.
* Previous experience in order management, planning or coordination roles (nice to have).
