Schneider Digital is the digital department of Schneider Electric, leading the digital transformation in the company by giving support globally to our internal teams and our clients.

Schneider Digital consists of 6 Digital Hubs worldwide which are strategically located to ensure a 24/7 support across the company (France, China, India, USA, Mexico and Spain).

Our Digital Hub in Barcelona is formed by +450 employees working in strategic projects and different roles such as Data, Cybersecurity, ERP, Cloud, Infrastructures, IT Project Management or Digital Marketing.

As the Principal IT Owner for SERE, you will lead the strategy, lifecycle management, and continuous improvement of technology solutions supporting the company's Global Safety, Environment, and Real Estate functions.

You will partner with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to ensure applications are secure, reliable, and aligned with enterprise objectives.

This role requires a strong understanding of SERE business processes across Global Security, Global Health & Safety, and Real Estate, along with the technical architecture that connects them.

You will manage system interdependencies, optimize the overall ecosystem, and deliver stable, user-centric solutions.

You will provide technology leadership, drive cross-functional alignment, and oversee governance and innovation within the SERE domain to support an efficient and seamless employee experience.

What will you do?


* Lead the full lifecycle of SERE applications, including strategy, selection, implementation, maintenance, compliance, and retirement.


* Ensure a secure, stable, and compliant technology landscape, covering infrastructure, integrations, data flows, certifications (including Crown Jewel requirements), IT General Controls, SLAs, and audit readiness.


* Monitor and manage application performance and operations, including availability, incident response (P1/Cyber escalation), patching, disaster recovery, and proactive issue identification.


* Drive continuous improvement and optimization across the SERE ecosystem to enhance reliability, efficiency, user experience, and total cost of ownership (TCO).


* Maintain accurate and complete technical documentation, including end-to-end architecture, business processes, integrations, service maps, and CMDB data quality.
