Vice President - Managed Investments Enrollment and Client Reporting Product Owner
Job Summary: As an Enrollment & Client Reporting Product Owner for Managed Investments, you will act on behalf of the business, operations, and our clients to drive strategic platform initiatives.
This role offers a unique opportunity to engage with the strategic transformation of our managed investment platforms across multiple lines of business, with exposure to both International and US markets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders, including business management, design, technology, operations, legal, and compliance teams.
* Document business requirements in Epic/Story format using JIRA.
* Lead story refinement and grooming sessions with technology partners.
* Partner with UAT testing teams to support acceptance criteria use cases and provide product support during testing phases.
* Support and participate in the design, development, testing, and implementation of requirements throughout their lifecycle to ensure quality and timely delivery.
* Maintain a client and customer focus by identifying trends and improving processes on a global basis.
* Manage risk and controls by understanding the regulatory/legal landscape related to investment products and ensuring compliance with established procedures and regulations.
Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities:
* 4-5+ years of experience in the financial services industry, preferably in wealth management or investment organizations.
* Experience in project management, management consulting, and change management supporting large-scale business and technology initiatives.
* Strong issue resolution and problem-solving abilities.
* Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with the ability to adapt to hybrid practices.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide clear and succinct updates for all organizational levels.
* Ability to build relationships and influence colleagues, technical, and functional partners.
* Strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize information to reach logical conclusions.
* Demonstrated proficiency with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
* Ability to work independently, manage tight deadlines, and prioritize work effectively.
* Experience collaborating with multiple teams and coordinating cross-functional initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Strong documentation skills and attention to detail
* Independent decision-making ability
* Experience with Alteryx, SQL, Tableau, Qliksense
