BASIC JOB FUNCTION:

The Operations Supervisor is a hands-on, working role responsible for supporting daily operations and supervising production and warehouse activities.

This position ensures operational tasks are completed accurately and on schedule, addresses day-to-day issues as they arise, and supports efficiency across labor, materials, and equipment while maintaining consistent operational standards.

This position will report to the Director of Mobility Services.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 


* Support and participate in daily production, warehouse, and logistics operations


* Provide day-to-day supervision of production and warehouse staff


* Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and support receiving and shipping activities


* Monitor workflows, schedules, inventory, and material movement to maintain efficiency


* Address routine operational, logistics, and personnel issues as they arise


* Support adherence to safety, quality, and operational standards


* Assist with process improvements, documentation, and basic operational reporting


* Support cycle counts, physical inventory audits, and material accuracy


* Enter, review, and update customer orders to ensure accuracy and timely processing


* Other duties as assigned
