Cooling Operations PMO Leader
Governance and Compliance:
* Establishing Project Governance Frameworks: Develop and implement clear project governance frameworks, including roles, responsibilities, decision-making processes, and escalation paths, applicable across all factories.
* Developing and Maintaining Project Charters and Mandates: Ensure that all key projects have well-defined charters outlining objectives, scope, deliverables, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder responsibilities, aligned with strategic goals.
* Implementing Audit and Review Processes: Establish and oversee regular project audits and reviews to ensure compliance with governance frameworks, methodologies, and regulatory requirements.
* Managing Project-Related Documentation and Approvals: Define standards for project documentation (plans, reports, etc.) and ensure proper approvals are obtained and recorded.
Standardization of Methodologies:
* Creating and Maintaining Project Management Templates and Tools: Develop and provide standardized templates, tools, and guidelines for project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
* Ensuring Consistent Application of Methodologies: Monitor the consistent application of standardized methodologies across projects and provide guidance and support to project teams.
Risk Management:
* Maintaining Centralized Risk Registers: Establish and maintain centralized risk registers for key projects, tracking identified risks, their potential impact, mitigation plans, and responsible parties.
* Monitoring and Reporting on Project Risks: Regularly monitor project risks, track the effectiveness of mitigation plans, and report on the overall risk exposure of key projects to relevant stakeholders.
* Developing Contingency Plans: Ensure that appropriate contingency plans are in place to address potential high-impact risks.
Performance Monitoring and Review:
* Implementing Project Performance Tracking and Reporting Systems: Deploy systems and processes for collecting, tracking, and reporting project performance data consistently across all factories.
* Conducting Regular Project Performance Reviews: Organize and facilitate regular project performance review meetings with project teams and stakeholders to assess progress against plans, identify deviations, and determine necessary corrective actions.
* Generating Performance Reports for Stakeholders: Prepare and disseminate clear and concise project performance reports to relevant stakeholders, including senior management, providing insights into project status, risks, and potential issues.
Facilitating Timely New Product Introduction (NPI) Across Factories:
* Ensuring Cross-Functional Collaboration for NPI: Facilitate effective collaboration and communication between R&D, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and other relevant teams across different factory locations for successful NPI.
