We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner (1-year temporary contract) willing to join our Human Resources Team in Barcelona.

You will support the growth of our People Strategy in the Iberian Zone to hire top talent, focusing on one of our Business Units, Schneider Digital, by implementing the best practices for recruitment, assessment as well as leveraging our employee value proposition in the market.

You will be responsible for piloting the full recruitment processes for a variety of roles within our company.

Reporting to the Talent Director, you will be responsible for the following tasks:


* Leading end-to-end recruitment processes in close collaboration with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers.

This includes conducting briefing meetings, advising on search strategies, partnering with external providers, drafting and posting job ads, screening applications, and proactively sourcing talent.

You will also schedule and conduct interviews, ensure accurate process administration and candidate tracking, provide continuous feedback, and prepare and present offers.



* Ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout the full talent acquisition journey, both for internal and external candidates.



* Strengthening the value of the Talent Acquisition function by building strong partnerships with key stakeholders across the organization.



* Representing Schneider Electric at Employer Branding events to help attract top talent and promote our value proposition.



* Conducting market intelligence and talent mapping to anticipate trends, understand the talent landscape, and identify skill availability.



* Driving recruitment effectiveness by monitoring and improving key KPIs.



* Contributing to projects and initiatives within the Talent area.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?


* University degree in HR, Management, Business Administration or related field


* At least 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with experience in recruiting Digital/IT profiles in a challenging recruiting environment


* Experience working in a corporate Talent Acquisition team, within an international company


* Sourcing expertise using internet job boards, especially LinkedIn Recruiter.
