Job Description:
As a Treatment Nurse at Westview Healthcare, you will play a critical role in managing and delivering specialized treatment and wound care to our residents.

Your responsibilities will include:


* Assessing and evaluating residents' skin and wound conditions.


* Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.


* Administering wound care treatments and monitoring their effectiveness.


* Educating residents and their families on wound care and prevention.


* Collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care.


* Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of treatments and progress.

Qualifications:


* Current nursing license (RN or LVN).


* Proven experience in wound care and treatment nursing.


* Strong clinical skills and knowledge of wound care protocols.


* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.


* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.


* Certification in wound care is a plus.
