Technical Service Engineer - Southeast US

Responsibilities

Responsible for optimizing customer processes and conditions while providing education to external customers on how to run Avient materials.

Tooling design and flow modeling.

Troubleshoot issues that are raised by the customer.

May be accountable for or participate in the resolution of customer complaints.

May be responsible for developing a new application or product launch testing plan and procedure, data analysis, and communication of results.

Requires three plus years direct, relevant experience with the ability to operate with little to no direction.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities :

Participate in development of new application, product launch testing plan, data analysis, and/or communication of results.
Identify technical specifications required for established Avient customers.
Documentation and preparation of product specifications incorporating Avient products and services into customer applications.
Participates in resolution of customer complaints/issues.

The primary territory for this role is in our Southeast territory including Georgia, Mississippi, Alabama, and Florida.Qualifications

Qualifications



* Bachelor's degree required


* At least one year of related technical experience required


* At least 3 years in polymer processing experience
