The Role 

We’re looking for warm, confident, and service-driven Food & Beverage Attendant to join our front-of-house team at Julio’s Italian Restaurant.

This is a part-time position, ideal for someone who thrives in a busy hospitality environment and loves creating genuine guest connections. 

This role requires availability across Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, with flexibility to work across a 7-day rotating roster, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays. 

What you’ll do 



* Create a welcoming and memorable experience for every guest 



* Provide friendly, efficient table service and deliver food and beverages to a high standard 



* Recommend menu items, beverages, and daily specials with genuine enthusiasm 



* Handle guest enquiries, requests, and feedback with professionalism and care 



* Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and organisation of your work area 



* Assist with set-up and pack-down of dining and event spaces 



* Process cash and credit transactions accurately 



* Work closely with the kitchen and wider hotel team to ensure seamless service 



* Uphold all health, safety, hygiene, and responsible service standards 

 

What we need from you 



* Previous experience in a restaurant, café, or customer service role 



* Strong communication skills with a friendly, approachable manner 



* Confidence in delivering service independently while working as part of a team 



* Attention to detail and commitment to high presentation and service standards 



* Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)(WA) certification 



* Evidence of completing a food safety course 



* Availability to work Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, plus flexibility across a 7-day roster, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
