Starting Pay: $20 per hour
Schedule: Part-time, various AM and PM shifts available across weekdays and weekends

Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Dietary Cook to join our team! The ideal candidate enjoys preparing high‑quality meals, working in a fast‑paced kitchen, and supporting the nutritional needs of seniors and those in skilled nursing care.

Key Responsibilities


* Prepare and cook meals according to menus, recipes, and dietary guidelines


* Ensure food quality, safety, and sanitation standards are consistently met


* Work collaboratively with dietary staff to support smooth daily operations


* Assist with inventory, food storage, and kitchen organization


* Accommodate resident dietary restrictions and special requests as directed


* Maintain a clean and efficient work area at all times

Qualifications


* Previous cooking experience preferred (healthcare setting a plus)


* Knowledge of safe food handling and sanitation standards


* Ability to read and follow recipes and dietary guidelines


* Strong teamwork, communication, and time‑management skills


* Dependable and able to work assigned AM/PM weekday and weekend shifts
