Your Clinical Impact

As a Physical Therapist at our facility, you will:



* Lead the Path to Recovery: Develop evidence-based treatment plans and secure physician approvals to help residents regain mobility and independence.


* Clinical Excellence: Treat patients according to personalized care plans, ensuring the highest standards of therapeutic intervention.


* Mentorship: Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) and assist the nursing department in training Restorative Aides.


* Integrated Care: Play a key role in Patient Care Conferences, Utilization Reviews, and Rehabilitation Conferences to ensure holistic resident care.


* Precision Documentation: Maintain meticulous records, including evaluations and progress notes, in full compliance with the PT Board and third-party payer requirements.


* Empowerment: Facilitate discharge planning by providing caregiver training and recommending essential durable medical equipment (walkers, braces, grab bars) for a safe transition home.
