Night Auditor

Crowne Plaza Sydney Darling Harbour is on the lookout for a Part-Time Night Auditor who thrives after dark, enjoys variety, and knows how to keep things running smoothly while the city rests.

If you like calm nights, meaningful guest interactions, and a role where no two shifts are the same — this one’s for you.

A little taste of your day-to-day:
 

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:



* Checking guests in and out (late arrivals, early departures — you’ve got it covered)


* Processing payments (room charges, EFTPOS, credit cards, cash)


* Running the nightly audit and balancing the books


* Handling overnight guest requests and phone enquiries


* Managing wake-up calls and special requests


* Providing light concierge support and sharing local knowledge


* Being the go-to person for the hotel overnight

What We need from you:



* Strong attention to detail and basic accounting or numeracy skills


* Cash handling experience


* Confidence using computers and hotel systems (PMS experience is a bonus)


* Clear communication and a calm, friendly approach


* Previous customer service experience


* An interest in hospitality and guest experience


* The ability to work independently and stay cool under pressure
