Responsibilities


* Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist


* Assist residents in regaining mobility, independence, and quality of life


* Carry out individualized treatment plans and track resident progress


* Work closely with therapists, nurses, and caregivers to support patient outcomes


* Complete accurate and timely documentation per state and facility guidelines

Qualifications


* Active California Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license


* Strong communication and teamwork skills


* Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused


* Skilled nursing or post-acute care experience preferred (new grads welcome)
