Nurse- School Trach and Vent Care

LPN /RN -School Trach and Vent Individual Care Nurse needed in the University area of Charlotte for an adolescent male



* Hourly Pay: $35 -LPN and $42-RN


* Schedule: Monday - Friday 8AM - 4:30PM on school days

* Nursing Duties: Follow Care Plan for ADL's, Trach care, LTV 1150 Vent Care, and Seizures

Meet child at home in the University area and ride transportion, escort child in wheelchair to and from classroom activities while providing trach care and administering meds and feed through G-tube, monitoring the LTV 1150 ventilator, and providing ADL's.

Nurse will meet at home and ride transportation to school and from school.

Job Requirements:


* Must have at least one year of direct care nursing (LPN/RN) experience within the last 3 years


* Will consider New Grad RN's with this experience as an LPN


* Must have a least 6 months of Tracheostomy (Trach) experience


* Must have a least 6 months of Ventilator (Vent) experience; LTV 1150 experience preferred


* Must have CPR Certification (no online courses)


* Pediatric experience preferred
