Marin Post Acute, a skilled nursing and post-acute care center in San Rafael, CA, is seeking a compassionate and motivated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our rehabilitation and therapy team.

What You'll Do:


* Deliver occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist


* Assist residents with activities of daily living, rehab programs, and restorative care


* Encourage residents to maximize independence and quality of life


* Document treatment progress and outcomes accurately


* Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team including PTs, OTs, SLPs, nurses, and social services

Qualifications:


* Current California COTA license


* Experience in a skilled nursing, post-acute, rehab, or long-term care setting preferred (new grads welcome!)


* Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills


* Compassion, motivation, and dedication to patient-centered care
