✅ Position Overview

As our Treatment Nurse, you will play a vital role in supporting resident healing and comfort through strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and consistent follow-through on wound and skin care plans.

🩺 Key Responsibilities


* Provide skilled wound and skin care treatments per physician orders and facility protocols


* Perform wound assessments and accurately document progress and changes


* Communicate treatment updates with the care team, providers, and families as needed


* Assist with care planning and ensure proper implementation of wound prevention strategies


* Support infection control standards and monitor for signs/symptoms of infection


* Collaborate with nursing leadership and interdisciplinary teams to promote best outcomes


* Ensure accurate and timely treatment documentation in the medical record

⭐ Qualifications


* Current California LVN license in good standing


* Experience in wound care/treatments in a skilled nursing or post-acute setting preferred


* Strong assessment and documentation skills


* Team-oriented, reliable, and compassionate bedside manner


* Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality resident care
