Position Overview:

City View Post Acute is looking for a full-time Dietary Cook to join our team.

This position is scheduled for AM shifts from 4:30 AM to 1 PM and offers competitive compensation starting at $20 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:


* Prepare meals by weighing, measuring, and mixing ingredients.


* Cook meals according to specific recipes and dietary restrictions.


* Check ingredients for freshness and quality.


* Arrange and garnish dishes for presentation.


* Ensure that the kitchen and all equipment are properly cleaned and maintained.

Qualifications:


* Experience cooking in a skilled nursing facility (SNF), restaurant, or hotel is required.


* Ability to read and follow specific recipes without supervision.


* Strong communication skills and the ability to respond to questions from managers and employees.


* High school diploma or equivalent.
