Orchard View Post Acute and Colonial Vista Post Acute are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) who is passionate about helping residents regain independence and improve quality of life.

We're offering a $2,500 sign-on bonus for the right candidate.

Compensation


* Full-Time: $30-$40 per hour

What You'll Do


* Provide occupational therapy treatment under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist


* Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and functional mobility


* Accurately document treatment sessions and progress notes


* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support resident-centered goals


* Maintain a positive, motivating, and professional therapy environment

Requirements


* Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license


* Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred


* Strong communication and documentation skills


* Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented
