Business Solutions Administrator

Wage: $34.00/hr.

The Business Solution Administrator plays a critical role in supporting business system users across the organization.

This position acts as the primary liaison between users and technology, ensuring effective communication, timely support, and optimal use of enterprise applications.

The administrator works to understand business needs, resolve issues, and promote user adoption and confidence in the systems that power day-to-day operations.

This is a process-driven position responsible for improving workflows, building user capacity, and identifying ways to streamline and enhance business operations across departments.

Requirements


* Familiarity with commonly used business applications (i.e.

Microsoft 365, SharePoint, ticketing systems)


* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.


* Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving mindset.


* Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.


* Organized and able to manage multiple support requests and priorities.

Physical Requirements


* Ability to move independently or with reasonable accommodation within the facility and community.


* Applicant must be physically and mentally able to perform all requirements of the job.


* Applicant must pass DMV check


* All positions require the completion of a background check.

Experience


* 0-2 years


* Experience in business systems support, help desk or administrative roles.


* Associate's degree preferred


* Coursework in business administration, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
