Job Description:
The Engineering Program Manager (EPM) within the High-Performance Computing & AI Business Unit is responsible for overseeing and managing project controls for key R & D programs on the product roadmap.
This role ensures that product development initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while meeting quality and business requirements.
The EPM works cross-functionally with engineering, product management, product lifecycle management, quality, finance, and operations teams to establish project plans, monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
The EPM leverages strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills to drive execution, resolve issues, and keep stakeholders informed throughout the program lifecycle.
This position plays a critical role in enabling the successful delivery of innovative HPC and AI solutions to market.

Responsibilities:
* Manages and leads key programs involving multiple functions and program teams to drive the engineering development and implementation process for multiple products or service offerings for a Global Business Unit.
* Directs the development of overall program strategy, budgets, resource allocation plans, and general program requirements for the Global Business Unit.
* Manages activities of supporting program teams and internal and external development partners; ensures alignment with unit strategy and owns responsibility for overall program profit and loss management.
