As a Regional Service Leader, Diversified Energy in North America (US or Canada), you will steer the strategic growth of ERM’s diversified energy business, uniting commercial leadership, technical credibility, and enterprise‑level collaboration.

* Shape and execute ERM’s diversified energy growth strategy in alignment with global priorities.
* Drive sales, revenue expansion, pipeline health, and margin performance across priority accounts.
* Strengthen ERM’s industry presence by cultivating senior‑level client relationships and delivering high‑value consulting insight.
* Unite regional leadership, service lines, and account teams around a clear, compelling, and actionable strategy for diversified energy.
* Advance ERM’s brand and market relevance across the U.S.
and Canada through leadership, innovation, and industry engagement.
What You’ll Bring
Required
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in geology, engineering, planning, safety, science, business, or a related field.
* Minimum of 15 years of progressive consulting experience, with deep expertise in diversified energy.
* Proven success building senior‑level client relationships across the energy value chain.
* Strong commercial acumen with the ability to navigate complex regulatory, ESG, technical, and commercial landscapes.
* Demonstrated track record of multi‑million‑dollar annual sales, including winning large and strategic engagements.
* Recognized industry reputation and strong technical credibility.
* Flexibility to travel and work across a regional, client‑facing leadership role.
Preferred
* Experience leading cross‑functional teams across geographic regions.
* Prior success operating in a global consulting environment.
