What You'll Do:


* Provide OT services in a skilled nursing setting to support functional independence


* Address challenges in cognition, motor skills, vision, and daily living tasks.


* Use evidence-based interventions to improve safety and performance.


* Collaborate with a supportive, interdisciplinary rehab team

Requirements:


* Tennessee OT license


* Flexible, reliable, and team-oriented


* SNF and Medicare experience a plus
