Positions Available: 


* Room Attendant (Part Time)


* Houseperson (Part Time)

We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our housekeeping team, playing a vital role in ensuring our guests enjoy a clean, fresh, and welcoming environment.

Your contribution will uphold the IHG Way of Clean promise, helping create peace of mind for every guest.

What you will do:


* Clean and maintain guest rooms, public areas, and laundry.


* Ensure rooms and public spaces are well-presented and spotless.


* Effectively coordinate with Housekeeping Team Members and Internal Laundry.


* Work as part of a dynamic, multiskilled team, assisting across various areas.


* Collaborate with the Front Office and Maintenance teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.

The ideal candidate will have:


* Previous housekeeping experience, ideally in a hotel environment.


* Proven ability to clean to set standards within required time frames.


* Strong attention to detail and time management skill, including the ability to
+ Prioritise tasks efficiently during busy periods.
+ Manage room quotas and deadlines.
+ Stay organised while moving between rooms and public areas.
+ Clear understanding of safe cleaning practices and proper use of equipment.


* Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.


* Excellent communication skills, both within your department and with other teams.

We are looking for someone who:


* Can work Monday - Friday, between 8 AM - 4 PM, with occasional weekend shifts.


* Have unrestricted working rights in Australia.


* Holds a current police clearance (not older than 6 months).
