Senior Product Associate, Chase Travel

As a Product Associate on the Cross Product Strategy team in Chase Travel, you'll play a key role in advancing Chase's strategic priorities within Chase Travel.

In this exciting position, you will be the Product lead, working closely with partners in Card and Connected Commerce to translate their objectives into actionable travel requirements, capabilities, and features.

Your strategic thinking and creativity will be essential in making sure these requirements fit with Chase Travel's objectives and the goals for the overall organization.

You'll partner Product Owners in Chase Travel to refine these requirements and ensuring a successful implementation and positive impact to the customer experience.

Job Responsibilities:


* Owns and manages the delivery of the product roadmap related to the Card and Connect Commerce business.


* Serves as the subject matter expert - evaluate and document requirements, scope technical solutions, identify risks, and clearly communicate goals and milestones to business stakeholders.


* Partners with internal and external teams (business, product, design, technology, analytics, risk, legal, compliance, operations, servicing, marketing, etc.) on the prioritization and development of product features.


* Conducts discovery and planning activities to prepare comprehensive requirements for handoff to delivery teams.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:


* Minimum of 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area.


* Bachelor's degree required.


* Knowledge and proficiency in product life cycle activities, including discovery and requirements definition, writing stories and acceptance criteria, refinement, and backlog management.


* Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.


* Be a strategic thinker who demonstrates strong interpersonal and influencing skills to manage partnerships across all levels of the organization, including teams located in different locales.


* Proven end-to-end problem-solving skills with the ability to solve large, complex business problems, obtain consensus, and enhance organizational transformation.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:


* Experience in product management within the travel industry or related sectors.
