Your Role: Independent Pet and Distribution Manager - Retail 

  

This role will lead the efforts of our Distribution partners in geography as defined by the IPR Distribution Lead.  This sales role will partner with our distributors and drive growth in the valuable Independent Pet Retail channel.     

  

Your Responsibilities:  


* Deliver growth in the Independent Pet Retail Channel by partnering with Distribution to ensure Elanco is top of mind and supporting our IPR customers  



* Deliver FSIP goals while supporting One Elanco  



* Develop customized Sales Presentations  



* Develop and deliver trade plans to drive growth and deliver ROI for Elanco  



* Sell and launch innovation, in addition to closing Elanco distribution void gaps  



* Ensure strong execution of all Elanco programs in line with budget expectations  



* Develop forecast and delivery revenue for the channel 

  

What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications): 


* Education: Assoc Degree; Military experience may be considered in lieu of a degree on a case-by-case basis. 



* Experience: Previous experience in an entry level sales role  



* Top skills include the ability to develop relationships and create engaging sales presentations

* Travel: 25-30%
