Position: Director of Nursing (RN)

Status: Full-Time

Compensation: VERY competative (based on RN experience, LTC tenure, and incentives)

What You Bring:


* Active RN license in Tennessee


* Strong clinical background in geriatrics and nursing administration


* Experience in long-term care required


* DON experience preferred, but not mandatory


* A passion for serving seniors, supporting staff, and leading with integrity


* A team-focused mindset and positive approach

What You'll Lead & Inspire:

As our DON, you will be the clinical heartbeat of West Meade.

You'll:


* Guide and support nursing staff to deliver exceptional resident-centered care


* Oversee care planning, assessments, and clinical processes


* Champion quality improvement initiatives


* Cultivate strong relationships with residents, families, medical staff, and your administrator


* Drive operational success, staffing excellence, and positive outcomes


* Maintain compliance, build a strong nursing culture, and develop future leaders
