We are looking for a full time Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Provide custom treatment plan, address barriers, assist patients to reach the highest level of functional mobility, document daily, and work with Rehab Department.

California Licensed - Physical Therapist Assistant
