Job Description:
Recognized specialist individual contributor that works independently/under limited supervision and executes tasks by guiding others.
Provides support for executive leaders in the Clinical Sales - Hospital/Hospital Systems function.
Helps guide other team members to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality of deliverables.
Maintains high standards of professionalism, efficiency, personal communication, discretion, and independent judgment.
Prioritizes tasks for the sales to hospitals/hospital systems, and advises team on the execution of tasks to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality of deliverables.
Helps lead the coordination of product demonstrations and clinical presentations for networking events, conferences, and outside symposiums.
Contributes advanced knowledge on product information, best practices and technical troubleshooting in order to assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products, services, and/or solutions.
Educates customers to ensure that products are understood and used effectively.
Provides advanced sales or clinical support to promote and sell products.
Helps train entry-level sales representatives in improving their product knowledge, communication techniques, and relationship building skills.
Demonstrates Johnson & Johnson’s Leadership Imperatives and Credo.
Job is eligible for sales incentive / sales commissions.
