Job Summary

Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead and coordinate complex technology projects from initiation through delivery.

The TPM will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, QA, and business stakeholders to define project scopes, manage timelines, resolve issues, and ensure successful outcomes.

This role requires both technical knowledge and strong project management expertise.

Key Responsibilities



* Plan, coordinate, and manage technical projects across the full software development lifecycle


* Oversees day-to-day project execution, ensuring process against milestones, deadlines, and quality expectations


* Work with engineering and product teams to define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria


* Create and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations


* Track project performance using KPIs and project management tools


* Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and issues, ensuring timely resolution and escalation


* Drive issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle to ensure initiatives stay on schedule and within budget


* Owns requirements gathering for assigned initiatives


* Partners with business stakeholders and product management to define clear and testable acceptance criteria


* Experienced with waterfall and scrum methodologies


* Serve as both Scrum master and Product Owner for engineering teams when required

 

Minimum Qualifications and Experience


* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field


* 3–5+ years of experience in technical project management or a similar role.


* Strong understanding of software development processes, cloud platforms, and IT systems


* Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Asana)


* Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills


* Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
