Our Food and Beverage outlets include Market Place Restaurant, 1851 Social Bar & Champagne lounge, high tea, banqueting and in room dining.

That's where you come in! We're looking for Food and Beverage Attendant to join our team.

We're open 7 days from 5.45am till late and can be flexible around the shifts you work.  

Your day-to-day  

You’ll be the friendly face of our restaurant and bar, providing great service and a memorable experience to our guests. 

Key responsibilities include:  


* Provide food and beverage recommendations for guests  



* Serve food and drinks and process payments  



* Work in a safe and clean environment  

What we need from you  


* A passion for providing an outstanding guest experience  



* Great communication skills  



* Ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks  



* Hospitality experience is preferred but full training can be provided

Casual or part time positions available.  

Applicants must be available to work during the Christmas and New Year period.
