We are searching for the best talent for a Manager, Sales Training to join our J&J Vision team.  This position is based in Markham, Ontario, Canada. 

Purpose:

As a Sales Training Manager at J&J Surgical Vision, you will play a pivotal role in building the commercial capabilities of our field sales organization.

You will be responsible for designing, delivering, and optimizing education programs that upskill the JJSV teams and elevate the sales force to best-in-class standards.

This role supports one JJSV Canada and collaborates cross-functionally in the NA and Canadian team to ensure alignment with strategic priorities and business outcomes.

You will report to the Senior Manager of Sales Training to plan Canada’s training strategy and build/conduct learning in live, virtual, and self-guided programs, aligned to adult learning principals.

You will be responsible for:



* Capability Development
+ Design and implement commercial education strategies tailored to the needs of JJSV Canada.
+ Develop and deliver training programs focused on sales process and excellence, product knowledge, customer engagement, and strategic selling.

Coach and provide feedback on a regular basis to sales training learners.

Utilize metrics and observations to make recommendations on next step learning.
