Purpose: Johnson & Johnson MedTech’s Heart Recovery business, home to the Impella® platform of heart pumps, is committed to advancing the standard of care for patients with heart failure and cardiogenic shock.

We are seeking a Healthcare Professional (HCP) Engagement Coordinator to support our Physician Program Director and Professional Education teams within Healthcare Solutions.

This role ensures a seamless, compliant, and high-quality experience for all HCP engagements—fostering meaningful collaboration, education, and innovation across the organization. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

Operational Excellence 


* Coordinate and manage logistics for HCP engagements, including Advisory Boards, Voice of Customer (VOC) initiatives, and Home Office Visits for physician consultants and external experts. 



* Serve as the central point of contact for scheduling, communication, and follow-up related to all physician engagement activities. 



* Partner with Legal, Compliance, Procurement, and Finance teams to ensure all HCP interactions meet Johnson & Johnson’s ethical and compliance standards. 

 

Financial & Compliance Support
