Job Summary
As a Senior Associate Strategy and Planning in the New Payment Rails team, you will be a trusted operator for NPR leadership, supporting strategic initiatives and operational processes.
You will collaborate across the Banking Payments organization to keep the team on track toward its goals, drive compliance, and deliver tailored communications to leadership.
Job responsibilities
* Liaise with the Banking Payments Strategy and Planning team to align NPR initiatives with broader organizational goals.
* Run operational processes efficiently, sharing key actions and ensuring follow-through on action items.
* Ensure compliance with key controls regarding execution and document management.
* Build and maintain an inventory of the team's book of work, tracking OKRs and accomplishments.
* Set and run agendas for executive decision-making sessions and team meetings.
* Organize development of monthly Cabinet materials and fulfill tracking and compliance requirements.
* Lead team submissions to monthly Banking Payments BUR and represent NPR in quarterly planning exercises.
* Prepare summary content for Banking Payments leadership, summarizing the NPR book of work.
* Coordinate annual offsite events and key stakeholder meetings.
* Track issues, trends, and industry events, sharing information with product and partner teams.
* Build executive decks and external market-facing content on NPR products.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
* 3+ years of relevant experience in business management, product, or project management.
* Experience with agile project management tools (Confluence, JIRA, Git, etc.).
* Ability to analyze opportunities, recommend solutions, and communicate effectively to all levels of management.
* Well-versed in both business and technology.
* Positive, team-oriented attitude and inspiring skills.
* Self-motivated and confident in ambiguous circumstances.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Proven track record of managing operational processes and supporting leadership teams.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
* JPMC institutional knowledge.
* Background in financial services, retail banking, or payments.
