Work Schedule: 100% FTE, Day Shift Role.

M - F 8:00 - 5:00 during orientation.

Flexible after orientation: 4 - 10-hour days; 4 - 9-hour days and 1 4-hour day; remain on 5 - 8-hour days.

You will work at the 1340 Charles St.

Clinic in Rockford.

Qualifications

Work Experience



* Previous patient care experience in a medical facility.

Preferred


* At least one year of professional experience in a clinic setting.

Preferred


* Computer experience.

Required

Licenses & Certifications



* Certified Nursing Assistant or Patient Care Technician.

Preferred


* Bi-Annual CPR certification.
