Key Responsibilities:


* Assist residents with ADLs including bathing, grooming, mobility, and dressing


* Provide compassionate, person-centered care


* Take and record vital signs accurately


* Help maintain a clean, safe environment


* Partner with nurses and interdisciplinary staff to ensure excellent resident care
