Regional Maintenance Tech

Brookdale is seeking a Regional Maintenance Technician to support their communities across Connecticut and Upstate New York.

This role will provide hands-on assistance to 14 communities in the region, partnering closely with each location's maintenance leadership.

Multi-site and building maintenance experience is required.

Base pay in range will be determined by applicant's skills and experience.

Role is also eligible for team based bonus opportunities.

High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) required.

Minimum of three to five years related experience and/or training required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Certifications, Licenses, and Other Special Requirements
Valid Drivers License required for frequent vehicle travel.

Management/Decision Making
Uses strong analytic skills and an in-depth understanding of the organization and the business in order to handle arising problems and issues.

Solves diverse problems using solid analytical skills where limited precedents/ guidelines exist.
