Operations Manager - Pediatric Dental & Ortho (Bee Cave)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-5:00 PM

Lone Star Pediatric Dental & Braces in Bee Cave is hiring an experienced Operations Manager to lead our dual-specialty pediatric dental and orthodontic practice.

This role oversees daily operations, supports both specialties, and ensures excellent patient and team experiences.

Responsibilities


* Lead, train, and support front and back office teams


* Manage daily operations for pediatric dentistry and orthodontics


* Maintain a positive, high-performing office culture


* Support hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and performance reviews


* Ensure strong patient experience, case acceptance, and patient retention


* Partner with HR, Marketing, Finance, and RCM as needed


* Monitor compliance, safety, and staff certifications


* Meet practice performance goals, including NPS and financial targets

Requirements


* 5+ years of leadership or practice management experience


* Dental/orthodontic experience


* Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (or equivalent experience)


* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills


* Ability to coach teams, manage operations, and support providers
