As a Manufacturing Engineer specializing in Electronic Assembly, you will play a key role in optimizing and advancing our Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA) processes.

You will develop innovative manufacturing solutions that enhance product quality, increase efficiency, and reduce production costs, ensuring we consistently deliver industry-leading electronic products.

You will join the Manufacturing Engineering team, a dynamic group dedicated to driving continuous improvement and innovation in our electronic product assembly lines.

This team collaborates closely with design, quality, and production departments to deliver scalable and robust manufacturing solutions.

What You Will Do



* Lead process development and optimization for Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA) to improve yield, efficiency, and quality.


* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new manufacturing technologies and automation within the electronics assembly lines.


* Analyze production data and troubleshoot manufacturing issues to identify root causes and apply corrective/preventive actions.


* Develop and maintain detailed process documentation, work instructions, and training materials to ensure consistent assembly standards.


* Support new product introductions (NPIs) by designing and validating assembly processes and conducting pilot runs.


* Drive continuous improvement projects using lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies to enhance PCBA operations.


* Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations in all manufacturing processes.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)



* Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field.



* Minimum of 3 years' experience in electronic assembly manufacturing, with a focus on Printed Circuit Board Assembly.


* Strong understanding of PCBA processes, including soldering (SMT & through-hole), inspection, and testing.


* Proficient with manufacturing engineering tools such as statistical process control (SPC), root cause analysis, and failure modes effects analysis (FMEA).


* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

What Will Put You Ahead



* Experience with automation and robotics integration in electronic manufacturing lines.


* Familiarity with IPC standards (e.g., IPC-A-610, IPC J-STD-001).


* Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher).


* Knowledge of design for manufacturability (DFM) principles specific to electronic assemblies.


* Hands-on experience with manufacturing execution systems (MES) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.
