Janitor

Riverside House, a senior high-rise apartment building, located in the Riverside area of Jacksonville, Florida, has a full time Janitor position available.  This position is responsible for general cleaning of all common areas and halls.

Essential Job Functions: 

Responsible for general cleaning of all common areas and halls; vacuuming, dusting, mopping and disposal of trash.  This position may involve cleaning of individual apartments in preparation for renting to new tenants/residents.

Minimum Qualifications:

A high school education or equivalent and up to one-month related experience and or training.  Working with older adults is desirable, preferably a minimum of 6 months.
